The Napa Valley Wine Train travels a route that takes you past the stunningly beautiful vineyards and among the wineries. But what they all have is common is a love of wine and a love of sharing their passion.
As you motor along Highway 29, just outside of St Helena you can't miss the imposing stone mansion called Greystone, the west coast home of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). Although Greystone is a training school for professional chefs, it's also open to visitors. We like the cooking demos that take place every week, we like exploring the kitchen store, and we love dining at the school's inviting restaurant. We'll tell you all about how to plan your visit.
